We provide demonstration workshops on soil health parameters and substrate performance including how we evaluate the biological, chemical and physical properties at Vineland. These workshops provide hands-on training to better understand how soils and substrates can be amended for specific functionalities. 

We provide group demonstrations and training on how to integrate new biocontrol best practices into greenhouse and other controlled environment agriculture settings.    

We design and deliver pest identification workshops designed to teach greenhouse growers and IPM practitioners how to correctly identify new invasive pest species that may occur on their farm. These 3-hour, hands-on workshops are designed for growers and crop consultants.  

For companies that are looking to establish an in-house trained sensory panel, Vineland can provide recruitment and training services. We recruit, screen for sensory acuity, and select the best candidates for participation on the panel. Once selected, we can also train the panel on sensory evaluation concepts and methods and will establish a preliminary lexicon for your product-type.
