Vineland Research and Innovation Centre, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), and the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness (OMAFA) are collaborating with Flowers Canada Growers on a three-part webinar series focused on improving the greenhouse sector’s understanding and management of Thrips parvispinus, an emerging invasive pest challenge.

The series brings together researchers and industry experts to share the latest findings on prevention, biology, and integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. As T. parvispinus continues to enter Canadian greenhouses through infested plant material, developing effective management approaches is becoming increasingly important for growers.
