With a target commercial launch of spring 2023, Luminance is Vineland’s new sweet potato with exceptional performance for the Canadian growing climate. The purple skin and yellow flesh variety requires about 120 days to harvest with total marketable yields exceeding the closest competitor Murasaki by seven times in production trials at Vineland.
