The function of the Innovation Advisory Council is to:

Advise the Board in relation to research direction the quality of on-going research and in the evaluation of proposed research to be conducted at Vineland.

Assess and advise the Board on the direction of horticulture, floriculture and greenhouse research in Canada and around the world.
